These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getmebuzzed.com, any related mobile application, and any related services, features, content, communications, forms, and functionality offered by The PR Influence, LLC, doing business as Buzzed ("Buzzed," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
Website Owner and Operator
The Services are owned and operated by The PR Influence, LLC d/b/a Buzzed.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- use the Services in violation of any law or regulation
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- copy, scrape, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission
- transmit harmful code, malware, or malicious content
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- use the Services to infringe the rights of others
3. Services and Content
Buzzed provides branding, marketing, consulting, creative, digital, and related business services. Any descriptions of services on the website are for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Accounts
If we offer user accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information current.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Services, users, or our business.
5. App or Account Deletion
If the Services include account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at hello@getmebuzzed.com or by using any in-app deletion functionality we provide.
We may retain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, to complete transactions, detect fraud, enforce agreements, or resolve disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, designs, branding, software, images, videos, audio, and other materials available through the Services, excluding content provided by users or third parties, are owned by or licensed to The PR Influence, LLC d/b/a Buzzed and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our content except with our prior written permission.
7. User Submissions
If you submit or upload any content, including messages, feedback, files, media, project materials, comments, or suggestions ("Submissions"), you represent that:
- you own or control the rights necessary to submit that content
- your Submission does not violate any law or third-party right
- your Submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, transmit, and process your Submissions as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to you, perform work you request, and operate our business.
8. Payments and Purchases
If you purchase services, products, subscriptions, consultations, or other offerings through the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Additional terms, proposals, statements of work, invoices, contracts, subscription terms, or service agreements may apply to specific purchases or engagements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that specific matter.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction where permitted by law.
9. No Professional Advice
Content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require specialized advice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE PR INFLUENCE, LLC DBA BUZZED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PR INFLUENCE, LLC DBA BUZZED, AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The PR Influence, LLC d/b/a Buzzed, and its officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of any law or third-party right
- your Submissions or materials you provide to us
14. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and any payment obligations.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information.
16. SMS, Email, and Communications
If you provide contact information to us, you agree that we may send you communications related to your inquiries, account, appointments, projects, transactions, or Services. If you opt in to marketing communications, you may receive promotional messages from us. You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
If we offer SMS or text communications, message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.

18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal or other mandatory law.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be addressed through good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
